Wife is Canadian PR, will there be a problem getting IR-1?

Hi all,

My wife landed earlier this year as a Canadian PR and I am intending to apply for IR-1 for her. Will this raise an issue with the embassy come interview time? Are Canadian PR allowed to apply for US GC?

Yes, a Canadian PR can apply for a U.S. IR1 visa - the U.S. government cares zero about this.
