Medical Exam for K-1

I was reading in the AOS guide that form I-693 is needed for AOS. My question is when my fiance has her medical exam for the K-1 can she have the medical examiners fill out the form? Do they provide a copy of the medical report for the future AOS? It seems that she would only need to provide proof of the vaccinations but form I-693a does not come up in the uscis.gov forms tab.

K-1 medical exam is filled out on the DS-2053 and can be used in lieu of the I-693 medical requirement. Make sure she has her medical have her ask for a copy of the DS-3025 vaccination report.... I-693A is obsolete... it is now the Part II Item 5 of the I-693.
