We submitted our AOS application in July 2008. Included was the I-864 with all the tax documents. Do we need to bring new tax documents from 2009 also?

If so, I don't know if I need to file as I've worked abroad since then and have paid taxes in Turkey...

any ideas?

I presume you mean "new tax documents for 2008". Last years return. They will probably want to see the 2008 return or an explanation why it has not been filed, then you would have to give a copy of the 2007 return and statements of gross earnings for 2006 and 2005. It is not necessary to aatch three years returns but you need them handy in case they ask for them at the interview.
