Hi can anyone give me some advice…

First of all I am going the k3 route until I find out when the interview will be. I have a few reasons for this and for my individual case it is appropriate. Although hubby has paid AOS fee for i-130 so that it is still processing in case we need it. All depends on when I get an interview date for K3.

Anyway my question is, which I have posted a few days ago is that hubby made a mistake and wrote the date of our marriage party instead of the actual day marriage contract was written on the g325, i129f and i130 forms. Yes I am mad lol. Well anyway im thinking before I send in the necessary documents to the embassy for the K3 after receiving packet 3, do you think I should also send in corrected forms (ie. G325, i-129f and i130) that my husband had signed? I do not want to have to wait longer and have them request these from me. Do you think I should send them in with packet 3, or just wait and see if they say anything????

Help greatly appreciated.

I would just put the correct date on your visa application forms. I'm sure the marriage date was correct on the marriage certificate submitted with the petition, so no worries on the error. The petition is approved. What counts now is the visa applications.
