For the Xpress envelop, is it the that one:

Xpresspost National Prepaid Envelope - Large size measuring 30.5cm x 39.4cm.

Its suposed to be 314mmx394mm... which would be 31.4cmx39.4cm. So I think that is the right one. Its close enough anyways... Go down to your local post office and get it, the envelopes online are way to expensive. I paid $11 for mine, plus $1 for the signature sticker.

I think it's the biggest one they have! Be sure to get the signature sticker

Mine was like 24.00 from Montreal to Vancouver and is large enough to mail someone in they joked when I bought it. I didn't get the sticker - do I need it?

You don't have to have it, it just helps because it means someone HAS to sign for it, it's a bit safer. If you don't get the signature sticker, they can just dump it by your door or whatever. I just felt safer getting it, to ensure it comes right to my hands given the precious cargo enclosed!!

So we got the envelope last night, 314mmx394mm (thanks Hugglebuggles and Jilla) : $21.29 and $1.50 for the signature sticker.

Thanks for the heads up, I went back and bought the sticker and put it on the envelope last night. Where would we be without each of the for support and guidance.
