Hi Everyone,

Finally, I am ready to start the naturalization process. I have a question regarding the supporting documents with N400. I am planning to include lease papers, bank statements, credit card statements and tax return transcript. I got my unconditional green card 6 months ago. So my questions is , can I resend the old documents like old bank statements, tax return from last 2 years. because I sent those documents with my I751 last year. Should I include the most recent documents ONLY? or can I include supporting documents from last 3 years?

Also, Do IRS tax transcripts need to be certified or something? last time I just included the transcripts that come through mail...*confused*

What else would anyone recommend to be included as a supporting document?

Thanks for your help in advance!

Unfortunately I can't access the USCIS website at the moment. But maybe this link will help you. As far as I know, do you need the most recent documents, especially for taxes.

I just included recent docs - but about 1 third of what I did with removal of conditions. My wife carried this year's tax return with her and some recent statements but they only wanted tax returns, nothing else. Good Luck
