05/17/2011 --- ROC package sent

05/25/2011 --- NOA1 received

06/27/2011 --- Biometrics

10/17/2011 --- Approved! confetti.gif

10/21/2011 --- Received Permanent GC

What are you adjusting from?? I-130 is NOT needed if adjusting status from a K-Visa, and if K-1 you had married within the 90 days of the visa.

Everything is sent to the address specified in the directions for form I-485.

How about I-765 for a work doc?

Lastly a warning about I-131, if you have overstayed a visa by more than 6 months do not attempt to travel until you have green-card, the POE can deny entry even if you have an AP document in hand if you have overstayed a visa bu more than 180 days.
