Too early to tell (not yet 8am and only one cup of coffee) but I am expecting today to be great! I work 10-3pm, then measure 2 houses for flooring. Then going to the 'old house' to clean baseboards so I can turn in the key. The ex-landlord has a $1,000 deposit that we will get back. I would post pics of the new place but I can't figure out how to do that. :huh:

We are living out of boxes cuz I haven't had time to unpack yet! Hope you all have a great Tuesday.

Jackie

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.

Hachemi is not having a good day. He left Algiers this morning by train around 7 am. at 10:30 the train broke down. When I called him it was 12:30 and he said they were starting to move again but he was still 3 hours from setif. He said it was so hot. Poor guy. I anxous about news from Sarah and Hicham. Maybe we will hear something soon. Inshaallah.

Jenn, I posted in your birthday thread, but I will say it again. HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!

Hope everyone has a good day.

Happy Birthday Jenn. Hey age isn't always necessarily measured in year you know. I have to say that cuz mine is coming up soon and OUCHIE. I'm giving up counting... less painful that way. Please smile and enjoy YOUR DAY.

We got an RFE today via e-mail - will have to see what it is when it comes in the mail. I'm guessing it's about the medical stuff - ######. Youssef tried diligently to get a copy of his exam in Morocco but the stupid lady wouldn't give it to him. We have a sheet from a dr. in Morocco saying which vaccinations he still needs so hopefully that will suffice for the "civil surgeon" here - not sure what a civil surgeon is and how we're going to get it (or pay for it at this point..) but we'll figure it out. Today I'm teaching and my son's "behavioral" teacher is coming this afternoon. Will probably try to catch up on work and writing my paper. Hope everyone has a good day!

My husband elected to have his two shots again here by the civil surgeon. He made an appointment the same day the letter came, walked in had the two shots given to him (wanted to give him the chicken pox one too but he told them he had chicken pox) for his age (32 at that time) he only needed 3 required shots. They charged us $132 and that included the $50 they charged us for filling out the form. We just went to the USCIS web site and found a civil surgeon listed near us (maybe 10 minutes away, there were several) and that was it. Everything went quickly after that. Good Luck!

Also, Happy Birthday Jenn! :dance::dance:
