Odd message on checking case status online for citizenship

Before my husband's FP appointment, online case status showed pending. Now it says that the case information is incomplete with the case status online, and to call the NBC hotline, which reports that the case does't show in the system.

We haven't received the interview date letter yet- but we're concerned that suddenly the case doesn't exist to them- does this just mean our receipt number has changed, or is it no longer in the system once the application is accepted and your on the way through the process?

A bit worried- thanks for any share of knowledge!

We received our interview letter today- so apparently this issue relates to the application already going through and no longer at the "application approval" stage.

Hopefully this question helps someone else in the future!

I dont know about the N400 applications (yet) but I do know that when we filed the I751, it was transferred to our local office (yes, we had an interview for it) and at that point it 'disappeared' from the system. I think the system only tracks the cases at a national level and once they go to the district office they are dropped.
