Hi All,

I am still confused. I got my NOA2(APPROVAL) 2 weeks ago. This past Monday, I called NVC at the 634 automated number and my case was assigned a case number. Now, what is the next step. Do I wait for a letter from NVC (I AM THE PETITIONER, US CITIZEN ) for the next step or I have been hearing about this form DS-3032. Do they send it to me and my wife back overseas or. I can call NVC and speak to somebody there and have them e-mail me the DS-3032 form so I can send to my wife, or can they directly e-mail the form to my wife. Basically, what I want is to be the CHOICE OF AGENT for all of the payments and fees and have all that mailed to me here in the USA rather than overseas.

I did see the DS-3032 form online and have printed it out, but can I mail or e-mail my wife back home myself or have someone from NVC e-mail or mail it to her. And what is the BAR CODE area on DS-3032. Can someone explain me that I would certainly appreciate it. Thank you.

You need to call them and give them email addresses for you and your wife. They will then email the DS3032 and the AOS bill to you and the DS3032 to your wife.

You can email the DS3032 you dont need to send it in the mail. Your wife can appoint you as her Choice of Agent and you will get all the emails sent to you.

NVC are changing over to all email rather than snail mail.

call them now!

Agree, you can email it to them and then you can pay the 70.00 fee online when they generate it.
