DO I have to seen a police report in when I send in the Petition for the K1 Visa. Or is it only needed in the Petutuon packet if you have prio convictions? Do I just wait to send this later if there is no convictions? Thanks For your Help in advance! :dance:

The USC does not need a police certificate but needs to explain any convictions as asked for in the I-129f. The police document is for the foreign fiance(e) at the interview

Police certification is required for the interview stage not with the petition.
