hi everybody

i want to tell u guys that i have AOS interview on may 20.

my wife and her sister is sponsoring me

my wife earns less like9$ per hour so obviously our bank account will have less money but her sister is ok like 40k.

WHAT DO U THINK SHOULD I DO FOR MY BANK STATEMENTS AND EVERYTHING.

but we all live together,me my wife,her sister and inlaws

help me out

Are they going to use assets to cover the sponsorship or using your sisrer in laws income?

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Then you won't need bank statements.

Your tax transcripts will suffice. (or copies of your 1040/w-2/1099 as applicable)
