Changing status in the States

Hi All,

I am a new member here and would like to ask you all about my case.

I came here with the K-1 visa, and i got divorced after I filed for remove condition of greencard.

My case is denied and today I just go the letter to appear for the judge at Baltimore immigration court in July.

I currently study at community college while my ex-husband (u.s citizen) pays for my school.

The question is;

1. Can I change my status to be a F-1 (student) visa?

What was the reason for denial in your denial letter? Did he withdraw your jointly filed petition? If so, you can just re-file another I-751 based on divorce waiver.

Anyway, try to find a lawyer and find what your options are.

Thank you so much for your advice. I need to appear at the immigration court in July. I don't know what else i can.
