I have always been a fan of astronomy. The pictures that Hubble gives us is worth every dime spent. I used to live out in the country with totaly dark skies. I had a 12" reflector and would spend many a wonderful night stargazing. I do miss that.

:thumbs: Thanks for posting, Gary :) It will be a sad day when Hubble no longer is sending us its awesome images :( I've got a very large and growing collection of astronomical images and videos from Hubble and other sources.

There's nothing like staring at the sky on a cool night. But staring at the sun...I would not recommend.

Unless you view it through a telescope with a solar filter. Here's a shot I took of a solar eclipse in 2002 :)

As the sentence is constructed, "large" modifies "collection", not "images." But, yes, some of the images are quite large :P
