Question for everyone at NVC!!

My wife has changed her Maiden Name that we used when I file I-130. SO, when she emails or mail them DS3032, which name should we use?? can we use her married name because we are gonna change the name in DS230 anyway??? Thanks in advance!!

Yes use married name, and note this on DS-230 (Other names Used)

If you do not the green-card will be in maiden name, and if you decide to then change the name on the green-card you will be required to file an I-90 and pay a FEE.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
