i have a question, i hope anyone can answer me about my mother. she's been here for almost 3 years now and she petition my younger siblings a few month after her arrival our father died almost 9 years and now she has a boyfriend and they want to get married.I was told that she cannot get married untill they get approve because it will affect her petition to my siblings.it is true? if she marry her boyfriend and change her last name what will happen to her petition?

Nothing. Your mom can remarry and change her name. She can write a letter to USCIS and the NVC after she changes her name and inform them. As an LPR, she is still eligible to petition for your unmarried sister. It's your sister who cannot get married if she wants to immigrate to the US while your mother is still an LPR. As you may be aware, your sister getting married while your mom is an LPR will result in an automatic denial effective immediately upon the marriage.
