The rabbit is a red herring. It's not clear that anything to do with the party killed it - although of course it could have.

Ok - this is going to sound insane - BUT - I know of a couple local vets that "recommend" the freezer as storage if you want a pet cremated until such time as you can drop off the remains to their office. They could do a necropsy? They should have called Hunterdon County CSI...this is going to bug me and I may need to hound some coworkers with kids in that high school and find out what really did happen.

Because the children here are perfect...They are all varsity letter athletes going to top tier universites and maybe get into a little "mischief" but can stay home without any issue

the "other known definition" I mentioned earlier is a reference to an oft-consequence of such mischief.
