I-765, need help on #13 and 14

If I am filling AOS for k1 visa, on #13 and 14, will I write K1 on both or somthing else??

Qeustion 13 is asking where your last point of entry into the USA was. Since a K1 visa only allows one entry, this will be where you submitted your brown envelope and got your I-94. An example would be if your POE was in O'Hare you would put Chicago, IL
