Hi guys:

Sorry I have another question here, about G325A. AOS from marriage

1. My husband is the petitioner. He should also fill out this form, right?

2. If so, what answer he should answer for question:

This form is submitted in connection wtih an application for: Other?

3. What answer I should put there? Other? or status as permanent resident?

Thank you all so much! Oh, btw, some people say there are 4 copies for each person's info, but I downloaded from uscis and there are only two pages. (when I filled out on computer, the second page automatically filled out. Do I need to copy two more copies?)

Thankyou!!

Su

Hi,

I don't know what visa holder you are ( i am k-3), but as far as i know only beneficiary should fill out form G-325A. The right form has 4 pages which is on uscis.gov when you fill out the first page the other 3 pages will be the same automatically..

Petitioner has to fill out only form I-864.

If I remember correctly, you are adjusting from F-1? (That's what we did.) You do need the G325a for both people. I (the Citizen) put "status as permanent resident" - because it was submitted in connection with my wife's status as permanent resident.

I just downloaded a copy of the form - it has four pages. Make sure you didn't accidentally get the G325 without the A - that only has two. I downloaded the G325A from:
