I sent off my case stuff for my AoS I-864 and I-864a to be processed, and I received an e-mail indicating one error.

I missed the following detail for the I-864a which my Husband's Mother who is offering additional income support filled out.

[x] You as a household member have not provided proof of your relationship to the sponsor.

I believe a birth certificate would suffice as such documentation proof, but who's would we have to provide?

My husband's or his mothers?

Many thanks!

your husbands...good luck

Thank goodness, god only knows where his mother's is haha. Many thanks for the always swift response, lets hope there is an interview for me in the near future.

I forgot to ask, should I include the original birth certificate or would a copy suffice?
