Hello everyone,

I want to ask about the doct. for AOS interview.

We'll have the interview in few weeks.

Here is our case ( my wife has US citzen, she was born in china, came to state 14 years ago. She is applying PR for me ).

I have my translated Birth Certificate Doct with me already for sure, but my wife only has original birth certificate , which is not tranlated yet).

My question is for the interview, do we need both for us ? Since she got her citizen long time ago, so is it required to bring her translated one to the interview ?

Please give us some GOOD advise .!! Appreciate~

I assume your wife was naturalized? I am in the same boat - I am only going to bring with me my Naturalization certificate.

Unless someone here has a better solution/info to offer. If you feel that she should get it translated, she can do it herself attesting that

she is fluent in english and in the original language to make the translation.

Your wife's Naturalization Certificate & US Passport should be enough, but

just in case have it translated by one of your friends & that will be perfect.
