All of the articles I just read are saying how Australia is in the best position to weather the storm. Even when looking at the G20, Australia was basically doing better than most other nations. They never over extended themselves and invested heavily in the country so they are not in a bad position. Our conservatives are 110% pro actual "country first" and are investing in the country and its infrastructure.

Obviously they are not isolated but they are in a great position. I seriously regret wasting my time moving here and going through the Visa process.
