NVC - Processing Center to Verify on Beneficiary ?

NVC Finally Received my case after 15 days, the last few days was extremely difficult and stressful. So, my question is, NVC processing center is to verify beneficiary ? or petitioner ?

Anyone know?

The operator told me, I should check back in 2 weeks to see if our case has been forward to Seoul Embassy.

Following approval by USCIS, the case is then forwarded to the National Visa Center (NVC), a Department of State facility in Portsmouth, NH. It is at this point in case processing that the timelines between spouse cases and fiancée cases diverge substantially. In the case of a fiancée petition, the file is only briefly delayed at the NVC where it is assigned a local embassy file number and the file is transmitted to the Embassy for final visa processing. Conversely, Spouse and other Immediate Relative petitions are subject to substantially more processing at NVC. Please keep in mind that NVC processing essentially takes the place of the "adjustment of status" processing that occurs later in a fiancée case.

For a K visa type the NVC basically just assigns an NVC case number and then forwards the case to the Embassy but they can do additional checking on the data sent to them by USCIS. this normally doesn't happen. For a K visa type the Embassy will be the unit to make sure both the petitioner and beneficiary are document complete. The petitioner will have the AOS and the beneficiary will have the bio data and supporting documents. There are forms that can be downloaded from the embassy website. I-134, I-156, I-157 etc. Check the website for the complete list of documents to be completed and supporting documents needed.
