I need some help on how to file for my step child. My Husband's family keeps telling me all I need to do is pay 355 dollars and send in my step child's birth cert. to Nvc since my husbands paperwork is there already and she would be added to the I-130. I just need some help on how to go about filing for her without the craziness.

What paperwork should I file and where should Send it and what should I send with it?
