My Fiancée has her K1 Visa approved and will enter US with me in a couple months. I was just reading the guild on K1 Adjustment of Status and saw step 11 below:

I-693, Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status. (If you already have this from your overseas Visa Interview submit a copy that medical check form; No fee is required in this case. If you are a K-1 fiancé(e) or K-2 dependent who had a medical examination within the past year as required for the nonimmigrant fiancé(e) visa, you only need to submit a vaccination supplement (I-693A), not the entire medical report. You may include the vaccination supplement with your adjustment of status application.)

I don't think my Fiancée asked for copy of her medical forms. What should we do If she doesn't have copies of her medical forms?

Oh... Will her medical forms be in that Sealed envelope used at Point of Entry for K1?

Thanks

She will need to see a civil surgeon here in the US who fill up the I-693 form. What she needs to provide is the Vaccination Documentation. Some officers at certain Point of Entry (POE) will give a copy of vaccine record but it is not true to all POE.

We received copies from our doctor at the medical. At the POE we were not allowed to see what was inside 'the envelope'. The guy told me we had seen it all before. If you have time ask the doctor you visited for copies. When they gave us the copies they told us we would need them in the states. Good Luck sounds like you have time to figure out a plan of attack.
