I am from America. My fiance is from Poland. I thought getting a job in Poland would help the situation. I got a job and I got scammed with the job. I didn't get a visa or residency or work permit with this company. The company lied to me and told me not to worry I would get all the documents. I realized a big trick they played on me and stole money from me. I'm thinking of reporting them to all sorts of fun offices and then last go to immigration office and pray I get an stay longer. :innocent:

I'm having difficulty finding if I need a visa to get married in Poland. All I find is documents requirements. My fiance can't go back to the states for a long time if ever. so yup im screwed..? If I leave, I might get a stamp and not be let in the country or deported:(

Any advice?

For starters a visa is a document that you need to ENTER a country... you are already there.... chances are it is something but it won't be a visa.

I find google to be incredibly helpful.
