There have been many speedy approvals lately. I am curious is everyone fileing with a stand alone I 130 ???

I have already sent in my petition and I do not want to get my hopes up but its hard when there are people going through VSC in only 40 days !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

inshallah. I will go just as fast.

At this moment I recommend you stick to the I130 alone and not do K3. That is actually slowing down the process; I received my approval in about two months time.

Yeap, following up with a I-129F will only slow your approval. Stick with just filing the I-130, besides it is the better visa.

Good Luck!!!

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

The thing is that 95% of approvals are coming from CSC. I hope that VSC picks up the speed, but for most filers, especially for K3 filers, VSC is working very slowly. Good luck to you!!!

I was a VSC filer and got my NOA2 in 2 months, so there hope. However you are correct CSC has sped things up.

I'm getting excited and I know I shouldn't be. I am even more excited because I really want to just have one thing go smoothly. Everything else is so much more difficult than it has to be.

I need to find a way to relax and just let things happen, but im to excited and I dont even have a NOA1 yet...
