Is everything online now, or do they mail you a package?

Hello, I just mailed in my AOS processing fee for $70.00. They received it and emailed me back a PETITIONER PACKET, Affidavit of Support (AOS) Processing Fee Bill Invoice for $70.00, and a IV FEE AGENT bill for $400.00. I am confused here. Do they also send a hard copy thru the mail with all the necessary documents for AOS processing or is it all online now? I thought I read that they were going totally online, but I am not sure if that has taken place yet. Also in the IV FEE AGENT bill, they only listed my wife and not her child. Do I just pay the $400.00 that covers them both or is it $400.00 a piece?

thanks,

martinbr

NVC is converting to a totally online system to speed up the process(eliminate mailing on their part). You will still need to send the packages back to them by snail mail. The visa fee (IV) is per person.
