I requested an expeditious processing of my recalled Petition on Tuesday June 20th, 2006 via fax to Vermont and today it was granted.

I also wrote three powerful senators including two from my home state but I don’t think they have not contacted the USCIS yet because I called their offices yesterday and they promised that they would by Friday. It might not be needed now but nonetheless it puts the USCIS on notice that we are not going to take it take it anymore. So these things work.

Our case was returned to USCIS on June 05th, 2006 and nothing was done to it until now. Good luck guys, I will keep you posted. This community has be very informatives and helpful to us. Keep up the good work guys.

Ignore the trolls when they come lurking here.

abdcas,

Do you have something that indicates that your request for expeditious processing was granted? The item you quoted here is business as usual.

I actually don´t understand that reply as an approval, and I dunno the info about reopening the case? Did they say that meaning the case came back and will undergo processing all over again?

I agree. The response you received seems pretty standard to me.

If you fill in your timeline, it will be easier for people to understand your situation.
