Question on I-130 form #17c on application

Hi, anyone out there can help answer my question regarding I-130 application #17c. It say "List husband/wife and all children of your relative", I am husband and the petitioner, my wife is the beneficiary. So should I put my name there or my wife? On the i130 example, it listed the husband which is Smith John Jerry. The question seems to be ask me to list my wife but how come the example listed the husband.

When you see "/" think that it equals the word "or."

In your case you would put your spouse who is your wife.

The husband is the petitioner but how come his name goes on 17c?

17 C is a continuation of the section C on page 1. That question (17)is asking for all of the ALIEN's relatives. The alien's spouse would be the USC petitioner (you).
