Did you need assets to cover the income level needed? If not, you do not need to include them.

Did you include a cover letter?

Any translations needed?

I-693?

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Yes I include a cover letter. My petitioner is above poverty level. Will it be fine if I include them (assets)?

Planning to send AOS Package today. Will I get a RFE without I-693? (appointment will be this Friday for the vaccination and need to transcribe by a certified civil surgeon)

The guide above says to include the I-693 in your package.

(if your filing from a K-1, and you had a medical exam in the past year, you only need to submit the vaccination supplement with the AOS package.)

Yes, you can provide evidence of your assets. It will not hurt you.

I would wait till you have the I-693 in hand to send in with the AOS if you can (says you need it in the instructions - so you would get an RFE). Only you can prevent RFE's!

just wait for your I-693 to avoid RFE. no need to include his assets if he is above poverty level, but you can send it if you want. good luck...
