hey guys my wife just got her interview notice for k3 at the end of may at morocco consulat ,which good news but i` dont want to go with k3 i want to go with cr1 instead .so is there any way i can change it to cr1 even though my cr1 still in nvc for proccessing any one had same experience or any advices ths in advance

How far are you into your NVC process?

U.S. Passport

xx-xx-2012: Passport application sent

I-130 petition for Sibling

07-19-2012: Sent I-130 via Priority mail

07-23-2012: I-130 received by PHX lbx (forwarded to california)

07-23-2012: Priority date

07-30-2012: I-797 receipt received

1. CR1 [Completed: 2009/Total Days: 325]

2. ROC [Completed: 2011/Total Days: 222]

3. CITIZENSHIP [Completed: 2012/Total Days: 125]

4. US PASSPORT [Completed: 2012/Total Days: ]

When is the k3 interview? If you think your cr1 file wont reach consulate before your k3 interview then I suggest you reschedule your k3 interview to later date so, your cr1 file have enough time to reach consulate.

When is the k3 interview? If you think your cr1 file wont reach consulate before your k3 interview then I suggest you reschedule your k3 interview to later date so, your cr1 file have enough time to reach consulate.

i think that what i`m going to do but is there any dateline for rescheduling the k3 interview to later date
