I need some guidance as to how to do the I-134.

I will be using a co-sponsor. If this person is married and has filed married filing jointly on her tax returns, will her husband have to fill out a separate I-134 form? If not, how would you include both people's information on the same form and would they both sign the form? Also, what would they put as an answer for #11? I am just asking them to co-sponsor because I have not met the income requirements for the past three years and need the financial backup to sponsor my fiance, but will not need any financial support from them once my fiance comes here because I will be starting a new job shortly before he comes and will be making enough money to support us. So, in this case, what should they put?

Also, if my co-sponsor makes well above the income guidelines, do they have to fill in all of the other asset information (life insurance, property value, savings account balance, stocks/bonds, etc.)? If not, do you just leave those sections blank? Would I have to put any of this information? Or does none of my financial information matter since I do not meet the guidelines with my income or assets?

Thanks!

One person co-sponsors and must qualify based on their own income. Use actual complete copies of tax returns including W2 etc and pay stubs to document income. With sufficient income all asset related questions may simply be left blank.

So even if this person is married and her husband's income information is on the return because they filed married filing jointly, it would be okay for only her to complete and sign the form?

Also, what supporting documents are the best to include? Tax transcripts or returns? Employer letter or pay stubs or both? Is banking information necessary?
