Congratulation Raj, finally everything is over. Good to hear that.

My Parents received Passports and the sealed envelope on 01/12/2010 through courier and they have 6 months to travel to US. They are taking care of things back home and planning to start as early as possible.

Mama is coming on March 4. I researched and found out they just need to register and pay P400 and get the sticker. They don't need to have the seminar. And they have to go to the CFO 2 days before the departure. Called the travel agency in Manila and some are required of CFO sticker. Where did you buy your ticket if you don't mind? And how much? thanks.

12/14/2015 - received biometrics appt letter for 12/21/2015

12/15/2015 - early walk-in biometrics complete

01/31/2016 - submitted an inquiry about the status of EAD

02/01/2016 - the service request has been assigned to an officer for response and completed

02/05/2016 - received a response "Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action shortly."

02/08/2016 - case updated I-765 Approved on 02/04/2016, received NOA in mail

02/10/2016 - case updated EAD card was mailed on 02/09/2016

02/11/2016 - case updated Interview Scheduled for 03/17/2016

update my case again!Mama got her visa on hand yesterday(Monday). She got an interview last thursday and they delivered the visa last Saturday and she's still in Manila. That's so fast! I was amazed! But happy to know that though!

DS3032 is choice of address and agent form and usually whoever the agent is they will pay the fees. Did you register petitioner email and beneficiary email with NVC if you have then all the communication is through email and this way the process is faster.

for DS 3032, should I use my wifes current home address in Dhaka, or my U.S. address? If I put my name down as the agent, and use my address...will this slow things down?

I suggest you to call NVC and talk to an operator.

To talk to an operator press 1 then 5 after you get through.
