Wow!!!!! That is great news!!! Did you recieve an RFE?

NO RFE SO FAR!!! But I am bringing all the stuff with me at the interview in case they have questions... Like on the I864, I didn't fill in my gross income for 2007 and 2006. I have not gotten a RFE for this ( and thought for sure I'd get one ), but i'll bring my tax info with me in case.

And our interview time is 8:40AM, I hope the IO will be in a good mood and pleasant!!!!

Timeline: I am the USC - my husband is the beneficiary

So today.... I was coming home from work and my hubby was waiting for me on the porch with great news!

He received a letter from homeland security asking him to appear for his AOS interview on 4-21-09!

Its hard to believe since we filed all the paperwork on Feb 9th 2009. So in 2 months, 11 days we'll be interviewing!

I guess if they give us an approval on that day, we wont be needing the EAD or the AP!

Wow.... I can't believe it!!!! I guess living in the boonies has some advantages after all... :dance:

ohmigosh! u are so lucky! i filed my papers 1st week of feb and i am still waiting for my interview schedule.

K1 TIMELINE

04.08.08 - i-129f sent to vermont

04.10.08 - i-129f NOA 1

05.15.08 - i-129f NOA 2

05.20.08 - NVC received

06.10.08 - medical exam, paid for document verification

06.17-19.08 - needed to go back for sputum exam

06.19.08 - scheduled interview (POSTPONED due to sputum exam)

07.08 - my fiance's deployed to russia

08.26.08 - 2nd medical exam completed at st. lukes, NEGATIVE SPUTUM EXAM

08.29.08 - interview at USEM (with PINK SLIP!)

09.03.08 - at 3pm, USEM released passport for delivery - accdg to Delbros' website

09.06.08 - US visa in my hands (with 11.15.08 as expiration date)

AOS TIMELINE

01.30.09 - date of marriage

02.04.09 - sent requirements for AOS

02.06.09 - requirements received by USCIS

02.10.09 - notice date for biometrics

02.24.09 - BIOMETRICS SCHEDULE

04.13.09 - EAD AT HAND

07.08.09 - INTERVIEW @ MT. LAUREL, NJ

ON 4/27/09 - my husband received his welcome to america letter! all we are missing now is the actual greencard in hand!

WEEEEEEEEEEEEEeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!
