Does anyone know what documents are acceptable to prove that my mother lives in the same household and that she is, in fact, my mother? She is submitting the I-864A in support of my husband's AOS application.

The instructions clearly state that we must attach proof of her residency in our household and her relationship to me, but they do not state what proof is acceptable.

Thanks!

Hi. My dad was my co-sponsor for my hubby's I-864. What I used to show that we were in the same residence was i made copies of my driver's license and my dad's driver's license. The licenses should be valid. It shows that we have the same address. :)

So driver's licenses will be enough to prove the household member relationship and the address?
