can someone give me a complete list of things to bring for the interview?

Ok, you got the site to where you can check all the requirements, but one thing is not in there. You should also bring your cenomar/cemar. The consul will ask you submit that and if you dont have it, he/she will ask you to go back if you have it already and you know what that means, your visa will be delay. Cemar processing takes more or less 10 working days if you call the NSO Helpline plus. Hope you have it already before you get married.

CEMAR is the certificate of marriage where its stated that you are really married u can go online to their website where u can apply online

and it will deliver direct to ur home address https://www.ecensus.com.ph and pay it via credit card over the counter choose what is better way for you..

Hi,just had my interview but the consul didnt ask for my cenomar. But u can get too just to make sure if ever they ask for it.

The USEM should have told you in that letter for your friends what they have in hands when they processed your friends case. But to be safe thasn sorry.... copy of everything they have submitted to the NVC and pictures, chats., phone bills, the more they have in their hands the less time COs spend on them dutring interview.
