So long as it's certified true copy and the info in both is the same, it should be fine.

I thought NSO edition is a photocopy of original from Civil Registrar and kept in NSO database?

I request a new one in the civil registrar..its ok to request a new one to civil registrat as long as you have the NSO for them.they just retype it and signed then the NSO will authenticate it saying they have the same records as what the civil registrar have

@@@ You can send both idf you want too make sure is certified to. One thing is make sure there is NO DISCREPENCIES on both forms, ( for example...your middle initial is R and the other one it shows F) that will be request a RFE until you have it fix. Make copis of everything and everything need tobe notorized. NSO BC as long as they can read ur name, dob and place of birth and information is about you I will send that one instead... ONCE again make sure info in civil and nso are per batum... goodluck, ur getting there!

As far as getting PCC, I will get one from every place you stayed even for just the school to cover all corners. My wife live in Cebu... she live in Looc because they have no more room for her in her sister house when her husband went home for a break. Then she lived with her brother before I met her...which is in Kamputhaw Cebu address and now she is staying at Hillside Talamban... all of those are in Cebu within 30 mins drive with traffic... but I still provided the PCC to all 3 due to the facts that I used all 3 of them when we initiated the I-130. CHANGE OF address... pcc ALL 3!

I also studied in different places like mindoro and batangas, when i reach 16th i was studying at mindoro and just go back here in Batangas for college, i provide police clearance in both provinces i used to live,.. I think itz better to provide all nvc requirements for us not to have any problem,.
