hi everyone.. we sent our package last mach 5,,,, and we havent recieve our NOA1 yet..

what should we do???

national city, sandiego california service center :innocent:

thank you n may the good lord bless u

Well, you HAVE your NOA1 date, what you do not have is the fancy letter telling you that you have your NOA1 date. Did you send it certified mail? What is the receipt date? That is your date of NOA1 (perhaps next day at latest) The letter they send is nothing more than an announcement of what you already know.

NOA's (especially NOA1) seem to take a while - some get them right away while others don't until weeks later - same thing goes for case status' online, just seems to be a lag.

As long as they got your petition (correct address, etc) you should assume the best.

p.s.

:time: <---- Even if you don't yet have your NOA1 yet...
