question about infopass

hi everybody,

I am trying to make an appointment to extend my GC while I am waiting for my i-751 to go through, and don't know which option to choose while making an infopass appointment .

one of them says " You need a service on a case that is already been filed " if I choose that then it gives me 4 other options and only one that I think is right is "Case Services follow-up appointment - If it has been over 45 days since you contacted NCSC and have not received a response to your inquiry. You must bring the Service Request ID Number related to your inquiry to the appointment." problem is that I don't have a request id number.

other option is to select "You need information or other services " and then just make an infopass qppointmnet to extend my i-797 any help will be appreciated.

I don't think it would make any difference what you click on as long as you get and appointment. Just take with you all the information you have with you and explain the situation to them when you have your appointment.

I think you should do an infopass and also contact your local senator or congressman so that they can inquire about your case (because You should have some response by now) . I have read it has helped a lot of people whose case took forever.
