The case number on your biometrics letter is the only one that works online...usually. It could be that they have not updated your online portfolio to reflect the mailing of the RFE. But RFE is usually a good sign, it means someone is working on your case.

Good luck!

Hi Alawi...

We are both in similar situation (divorce / waiver)... I had an RFE like you, but my case status was never updated... Still says "received and pending, etc"... Almost 4 weeks since USCIS received the RFE info that I mailed to them and still no update.

I know how it feels to be waiting..I waited couple of weeks too after sending the RFE back. Lots of prayers on my part but I waited patiently.. I hope you get your approval email soon! Best of luck! Btw, tomorrow is my Oath already so i'm super excited right now!
