I was out getting breakfast and missed my window to log on! *pout*

Morning everybody!!! wish you all a happy day. Yesterday I was talking to my love and we both agreed on including each and everyone of us March Family in our morning prayers and meditation, so as to create a thankful, positive space and invite the good things to manifest. Love you all, thank you for being in our lives.

What'd ya get?

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.

Hello Everyone, I wanted to ask some of you out there for some advice. While I am still sitting here waiting for the NOA2 ( 5 1/2 months ) what would I have to do if my petition for my NOA2 was denied? I assume that I would have to go back to the Philippines immediately and marry her there. How would that process work? Will I have to apply for a K3 visa after that?

Just covering my bases that's all <_<

Thanks allot!

Depending on the reason for the denial, you could appeal, file a new K-1 petition, or marry in the Philippines and file for a CR-1 visa (and, optionally, the K-3). That being said, denials aren't all that common, though they do happen as we've unfortunately seen in our March family.

But don't get ahead of yourself. You're at 6 months now. Have you gotten an RFE? Does your USCIS online case status show any "touches"? Have you filed a service request with USCIS, or asked your congressman or senator to look into your case?

No touches, no RFE so far. I called the USCIS rep again and was told that they will still need an additional 30 days to get back to me. That period will end on Sept 18th. They also indicated that if I hear nothing between now and then, I should call on the 18th and ask for a service request.

Thanks for the input.

First, I agree with Stephen, outright denials are really very rare at the USCIS stage.

Personally, I would call Monday make sure you got to a tier II officer and put in the service request. I would also find out who your representatives are and get the release they need signed by you in order to help on your case and get them in the mail and begin drafting a letter to the representative you choose requesting help from them.

I am also still waiting, no touches, no RFEs... apparently I am stuck in security checks.

This is the first year for me. We've got an office league, so I figured why not? I'm far from hardcore about it, so it's not all that time consuming for me.

Guess what?! Tomorrow is MONDAY, so there's some hope for MARCH approvals. I really wish I could see how they do it to understand their true process.... I wonder what kind of stuff they do for "additional processing" and more "background checks." There should be a shadow day like when we were in school. lol.

I'm anxious to receive my packet 3. Once it's submitted, it supposedly takes 4-6 months for an interview. You guys are definitely going to help me get through that wait!!!

Hugs all.

PS - Richard, your breakfast post made me hungry! I'm going to have to get a breakfast sandwich at Tim Horton's tomorrow. lol.
