Hello everyone,

I'm visiting my fiance in about a month and am trying to figure out what materials I can bring to him now (we filed I-129F in Feb so have several months of waiting left. ). I know that when I go I can bring him a copy of the I-129F, originals that were sent in the I-129F petition (including my original birth certificate, right?), the NOA1, copies of photos of us together (and take more photos while I'm there!) tax transcripts for past two years (seems to be what's required for I-134 for Guatemala), and possibly even the filled out I-134 itself. I'm thinking of postdating it a few month later, and if I have to resend later to update/change it, then that's not the end of the world. I just want to get everything out of the way that I can now.

I realize that I will have to mail him the employment letter and the copy of the NOA2 later. I was wondering about the pay stubs. After we receive the NOA2, should I send original pay stubs, or could these be scanned and emailed?

This wasn't really a comprehensive list, but just what's on my mind at the moment. If anyone sees something glaringly obvious that isn't on the list, feel free to suggest things (Ive read the guides and Embassy Info, but 'm still trying to synthesize in my head exactly all that will be required). I appreciate it!

Thanks,

Chelsea and Arturo
