ma wife got latter today from NVC thay say that our case is arrived and thay ask her to pay 70$ so i wana know wht's that mean bcoz we r k3 and k3 dosnt need to pay nothin to nvc so is that mean that ma case change to cr-1 or wht ??

and by da way ma Current Status: Case received and pending.

Well, if you haved filed a I-130 and I129f, then those both will be approved. you will get an approval notice from the USCIS of both of those seperately.

After that, the USCIS will forward both of those the the NVC. And then the NVC will forward the I129f to the Consulate of the country where you were married. which will turn out as your K3. From there the Embassy will send you a instruction packet-reffered to as packet 3 commonly.But during the meantime, the NVC will also progress with your I130 petition, which is the CR-1, if you do not want to progress with it, you can just ignore it, as far as i know and contact the consulate to see how far they have progressed, and just ignore the NVC.
