OK, I am trying to prepare this form, and I have questions:

1. Do I fill in blanks with N/A, None, or just leave blank?

2.My fiancees city or town name is very long and when I put it all on there it prints out with a + over the last letter that fits, will this matter?

3.If I make more than whats needed for the poverty guidelines, I am military, but I still make 125%, what do I need to send as supporting documents? Do I still need the letter from the bank, and employer? I included my last 12 LES's(pay statements) and last 5 years of W2's.

4. I am deployed so I do not have other than my 2008 tax return available, is there a way to get copies? Ok just read, that I can get tax transcripts from the IRS, are they sufficient?

5. In the instructions for the I-134, it said include people I claimed in my tax returns for question 8, do I just put who is on my tax return or all 3 of my kids, I only claim 1.

6. Question 11, what is that all about? :help:

6. Question 11, what is that all about? :help:

1. Use "NA" if it is NA. Use "none" if it is none and use "unknown" if it is unknown.

2. Yes it will make a difference. Two options. Print the form and handwrite the name of the town, IF you can fit it in legibly, OR attach a separate sheet clearly stating it is an answer to that question, on the faorm write "see attachment"

3. All you need is last years tax return and w-2s (or whatever you have in the military if different than w-2) and some current check stubs or proof of payment. You do not need past tax years, and please, throw out or shred anything over 3 years. I just cringe when I hear of people keeping more documents than required by law.

4. 2008 is all you should need

5. If the children are your dependents you must list all of them, regardless who is on your tax return. Your family size for calculating the poverty guidelines, will be you, your fiancee and all your dependents.

6. It's early and you I don't feel like looking up questions from forms (and I would have to assume which form you refer to since it isn't specified) so give me more clues and I will answer

7. Thanks for your service. Be careful, come home safe.

In my heading I said I-134, but question 11 is about specific contributions to the traveler? Do I put yes, since I will be supporting her, cause in the directions from ***removed***, it says this does not aplly to K1 or K2

Well my mistake for not reading the heading.

Your answer here is "NA, K-1 visa for marriage" Some have also answered "Yes, if she is a good little wifey" but the first answered is preferred. :)
