we went down to get my wifes shots finished so we can file aos when we got to the health department the three shots we thought she needed turned into 7 and they need other test that were done in her original medical including another hiv test because immigration kept all those so they say she has no proof what we would like to know is what does she really need

So, Immigration already has the results of her HIV test and the other tests - the health unit doesn't need those - they just needs to worry about the vaccinations. They aren't redoing the medical - it was done within the past year and USCIS already has the medical results - they were turned in at the border in the brown envelope. USCIS is the only ones who needs 'proof'. The vaccination proof is for USCIS because those weren't complete before. Just go with the vaccinations. If the HIV tests and such done overseas were positive your wife wouldn't have been allowed into the US and she would have been told of the fact before she left home. Print off the requirements from the AOS instructions and take them to show the Health Unit.

Claudeth had the MMR at St. Lukes and a tetanus here, not sure why there were all these other shots other than financial gain for the provider
