$131USD is the VISA fee paid to the consulate at time of interview for EACH applicant

many consulates do... if not just make a regular photocopy before you fill it out.... and prepare accordingly

$455 petition. $131 each for visa fee. Medical exam fees for both (amount depends on country) When you arrive, AOS fee for you $1010, for your son if filed at the same time..$600.
