Hello,

I have an emergency here, because we are trying to send our AOS next week but missing one essential element. Has anyone met a doctor that was able to fill out the medical paperwork for the vaccinations without any evidence of the medicals being done overseas. My husband handed all information (yes even his vaccination record) at the POE and now he has no proof of vaccination. Any doctors that were used that just went by the faith of the word?

Best,

The K-Visa in your passport proves medical done overseas, HOWEVER, you may need to be re-vaccinated, to get the I-693 filled out by a US civil surgeon.

The directions with form I-693 instructs doctor to just do vaccination record for K-Visa holders.

You can get tested or vaccinated anywhere it costs the least, and take the records to a US Civil surgeon for transfer to I-693.

Um, yah. That's something that is left out of the guides.

K visaholders bring a copy of your vaccination records through the POE. Have it made at the civil surgeon's office in your home country and bring it with you cuz you are going to need it!

you dont have to get vaccinated again..all you have to do is ask the clinic (clinic recognized by the USCIS) to do blood tests that will prove your immunity..we dont believe in vaccinations (personal conviction) so i told the doctor about it, then he said i have to do blood tests to prove my immunity,so i did that and i sent the result to the immigration with my AOS application, then months after that i got a schedule for AOS interview
