Are these Chinese noodles or Italian pasta? I only like pasta. I don't like they way those noodles look.

Makes sense, the weight loss industry is a billion dollar business and I can't see it being badly affected by this economic down cycle - the other alternative is stocks in booze companies, booze sales are booming.

The idea of a noodle like is great, actually, you use a hearty, healthy, veggie filled sauce topping and can enjoy pasta without the addition of those guilty carbs, no fiber regular pasta has. Of course whole wheat is healthy but it's still very caloric.

I don't eat pasta anymore so these would be a nice lo-cal treat. Good for stir-fry too. It turns out these have been in Asia for years and miracle noodle is just marketing them in a new way. Gooooo Capitalism!!!!!

They do look like harusame noodles a little bit, except those are made from starch (potato or mung bean). If they taste anything like harusame noodles I could see myself eating it, except for the price.

i still find it hard to believe it has fibber and no calories. u can never buy any fiber supplement calorie free.

i know i try hard but i can't always eat my 35g of fiber daily, so every now and then i take supplements, and honestly, between taking pills and eating noodles, i'd take the noodles.

All kidding aside, if you are having a craving for pasta, I find it extremely hard to believe that this is going to work for you. I haven't tried it, of course, but my best guess is that whatever this stuff tastes like, what it will not do is give you the pasta eating experience. The texture will be all wrong.

With cravings like this I would imagine you have two choices, one is to live with the craving and continue not having pasta because you fear that doing so will lead to, I presume the slippery slope of wanting more and more and ruining your diet or incorporate a sensible portion of pasta into a healthy eating plan. FP's suggestion of whole wheat pasta is probably your best compromise, it might not taste like regular pasta (it doesn't) but it has a very similar texture and with the right sauce it's not bad.

I sent the link to my friend that is allergic to gluten. Has anyone ever eaten gluten-free pasta? You might as well eat oatmeal with tomato sauce.
