Hey,

I have just recently received our NOA1 and I just checked the processing times for the Fiance Visa on the Texas USCIS page and it is not listed. It has been in the past. Anyone know what is going on, or why they have excluded it?

Also, ya'll keep using the term "touched". What does this mean?

Somebody please correct me if im wrong but I believe these petitions are now handled only by Vermont and California.. once again I may be wrong... can somebody confirm ?..

I.E your case may have been transferred

Touched: This is when your case has been worked on, i.e you see the "last updated" date change on the USCIS website

That is correct I just sent my I-129f to the Texas Service center on the 31 May 06. The NOA1 was sent to me on the 13 Jun 06 by the California Service Center and I received the NOA1 in my mail box on the 16 June 06. The TSC transfered my Packet to the CSC.
